How we protect the reader’s trust.
Prylan distinguishes editorial explanation from commercial messaging and aims to make that distinction visible on every page.
Authority is earned through transparent choices.
Independence
Writers and editors are expected to disclose relevant conflicts. Commercial relationships do not determine conclusions, article selection, or language about health and performance.
Assignments are assessed for relevance, clarity, source quality, and reader value before publication. A contributor who has a personal, financial, or professional connection to a subject should disclose it to the editor, who may add an editor's note or reassign the work. Personal experience can provide context but is not treated as proof of a general outcome.
We separate factual description, interpretation, and opinion where the distinction matters. Claims with meaningful consequences are checked against available sources, and uncertainty is described rather than hidden. The editorial desk retains enough working notes to explain a material decision without publishing private correspondence.
Corrections and updates
We welcome correction requests. Confirmed factual changes are made promptly, with meaningful updates noted where readers need to understand what changed. Publication dates use the 2026 editorial calendar.
A correction request should identify the page, exact passage, suggested correction, and a reliable source or explanation. We aim to acknowledge a request within five business days and complete an initial review within fifteen business days. A correction may be declined when the evidence does not support it, and the reason can be explained to the person who raised it.
Minor spelling and formatting fixes may not receive a separate note. A change to a number, attribution, safety context, source interpretation, or material conclusion will receive an update note when readers could otherwise be misled. The review date for this policy is 5 October 2026.
Advertising separation
Any advertising or sponsored placement is identified clearly and kept separate from independent articles. Advertising partners do not receive editorial endorsement by appearing on the site.
Commercial copy is reviewed for clear labeling, reasonable wording, and compatibility with the site's subject. We do not publish unsupported claims, misleading comparisons, or language that creates unreasonable expectations about health or personal performance. A sponsor may provide factual background, but the final editorial decision remains with Prylan.
Affiliate relationships, paid placements, and sponsored features will be disclosed near the relevant material. Editorial links are selected for reader context and are not silently converted into endorsements. Concerns about labeling should be sent to the address below.
Contact
Send questions to the Prylan editorial desk at Jalan Sudirman No. 23, Karet Semanggi, Jakarta Selatan, DKI Jakarta 12922, Indonesia, or call +62 21 784 5932.
The desk accepts correction, conflict-of-interest, attribution, and labeling questions. We aim to acknowledge correspondence within five business days and give a substantive response within fifteen business days. This page was reviewed in 2026 and will show a new date after a material change.
Sources, corrections, and accountability
Editors consider the relevance, date, provenance, and limitations of material used in an article. A source may be a published paper, public institution, qualified practitioner, author interview, or clearly identified first-person account. One source is not automatically sufficient for a consequential claim, and disagreement is recorded when it helps readers understand the subject.
Readers can request a correction by identifying the page, the exact passage, the concern, and any supporting source. The desk aims to acknowledge a report within five business days and assess a factual correction within fifteen business days. Substantive corrections are dated, while minor spelling or formatting changes may be made without a notice when they do not affect meaning.
Editorial correspondence, source notes, conflict disclosures, and correction records are restricted to the people who need them for review. Working records are normally retained for up to seven years where they explain a material published decision, while ordinary unsuccessful pitches are deleted within twelve months. Personal details are not published merely because they were supplied privately.
Commercial proposals, sponsored material, and affiliate relationships are assessed separately from independent reporting. Paid material must be identifiable, cannot be presented as an independent recommendation, and must follow applicable Indonesian advertising and consumer-protection requirements. Readers may raise an editorial concern at Jalan Sudirman No. 23, Karet Semanggi, Jakarta Selatan, DKI Jakarta 12922, Indonesia, or +62 21 784 5932. This policy was reviewed on 5 October 2026.
